From Exponential Organizations to ExO 3.0.
In 2014, Salim Ismail published Exponential Organizations, the book that named the operating pattern behind the fastest-growing companies of the last decade. Companies that followed its principles outperformed those that didn’t by 40X. A decade later, AI has changed the operating logic of the firm itself. Coordination cost — the reason firms exist in the first place — is collapsing. Workflows can now improve themselves at machine speed. Hierarchy is no longer the primary way work gets done.

In Q1 2026, the fund made its first investment in The 99 Kids, a values-driven children's media company built around the belief that every child deserves access to stories that reflect their culture, language, and inner courage. The company is using AI to produce personalized, age-appropriate content at scale.
From our side, it is the pilot environment for applying the Organizational Singularity playbook inside a venture-backed company: standing up the Intelligence Stack, designing the agent and data specifications, and running GOVERN / ASSURE in production. The lessons will feed directly into fund investments and inform our, and OpenExO, pilot cohorts.
